We wanted to share a little bit about how Four Key Elements came to be. It's quite a story, really. Before we met, we were living parallel lives in so many ways. We were both deeply passionate about yoga, meditation, the wonderful benefits of essential oils, the power of music, and the fascinating world of chakras. It's almost as if fate was guiding us.

 

Then, in 2017, something truly special happened. It felt like a divine appointment, a moment where everything aligned perfectly. Guillermo wasn't originally scheduled to teach that day, and I had already completed my usual 90-minute Bikram yoga class. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, Guillermo ended up substituting, and I felt a strong prompting to stay and take the second class. Meanwhile, Guillermo had a gig planned in San Francisco that evening, and I was ready to head home. Despite our different plans, we both found ourselves in that yoga studio at the same time.

 

From that moment on, we became inseparable. We discovered a shared passion for our practices, complementary skills and credentials in areas like essential oils and healing arts, and most importantly, a deep connection in our hearts. We are so grateful to be able to share our journey and our offerings with all of you.
